Registration with wrong details, need to have the account reset

PROBLEM
Although this shouldn't be happening any more due to email verification, some members use to enter a wrong email address during the registration process. When the members tried to re-register this was impossible because the registration for two accounts with the same URL is not permitted.
RESOLUTION
As already said this shouldn't be happening any more because our new registration form requires the email address to be verfied. Still many members have the bad habit to copy and paste the first email to save time and this means that the problem is still there.
If this happens you will have to contact us through the Electronic Support Request Form and upon verification of your ID we will reset the account so that you will be able to register from scratch.
