Many members wonder whether they can add a subdomain (i.e. http://mysite.google.com) or 2nd Level URL (i.e. http://www.mywebsite.com/site/index.html) to the network.
Since IndexGuy claims that all websites on the network are class-c unique IP websites we cannot allow subdomains or 2nd Level URLs to join the network since they can both be based on non-unique IPs.
However we do allow this for our paid members (i.e. members subscribed to Gold, Silver or Bronze accounts) since these do not link to anybody hence network remains active with class-c unique IPs.
Registration form will not allow you to register the website if this does not follow the above rules. However if you are a paid member and you wish to add your 2nd level domain or subdomain to the system, simply enter any dummy URL so that you will be able to register and then open a new ticket stating the desired URL. Our support team will change that for you immediately.
