This is not common but it has been reported. Visitors reported that although they have received the activation email, when they click to the provided URL the account cannot be activated. Trying to copy & paste the URL into the browser also does not work.
As already stated this is not common. It appears though that some email clients (especially web-based ones) use to re-write the URL into their own forwarding scripting terms. For that reason it appears that activation cannot work. In that case feel free to contact us through the Electronic Support Request Form stating your account username and we will activate the account for you.
