Receiving the activation code during registration process

PROBLEM
As soon as you register you will receive an email with a welcome message and some basic instructions on how to proceed with the setup of your account.The most important thing on this email is the activation link. Before logging in to the system you will have to activate your account.We receive a lof of complaints from visitors that have never received this email.
RESOLUTION
This may happen for several reasons, like the email has been redirected into their junk mail or their ISP has considered the email as spam and blocked it or perhaps they have entered a wrong email address.
Make sure to check your junk filter and if possible, add info@indexguy.com to your friendly list so that this will not be treated as spam.
If this won't help you out please contact us and upon confirmation of your ID we will manually activate your account.
